Chapter 5 {conditions & Himmelstoss}
I think it's terrible how bad the conditions are. like lice! that's disgusting! but then again i don't really expect everything to be clean but i would atleast hope that these guys got some good things, they're fighting for their country the least their country can do in favor is send them clean stuff! HA finally that meanie Himmelstoss finally got his karma(pay back). what Himmelstoss did was not cool. i think the punishment he got was fair. as you can all tell i really, really dislike Himmelstoss. i also like how when the men went to trial and he got a talking to(:

i agree with your post about Himmelstone the soldiers seem to really not like him. But i felt chapter 5 was a good chapter for the characters to explain themselves talking about their wives and children and old jobs. Never figured out why the soldiers ignored Himmelstone if you find out please let me know so i can understand chapter 5 better thanks!
