Chapter 6
SO i am finding this book rather boring. So in this chapter they are bake in the battle ground. I think it's terrible that they have to go through such bad conditions! So yeah they're in war fighting for their country but i don't find it interesting, i've never liked the concept of war. I feel bad when Paul is like “belong to another world that is gone from us.” he's talking about his youth and really they got into the war at such a young age that they wll never be able to get the pleasure of being young again. Also i tihink that Himmelstoss is a big jerk that likes attention like really who fakes an injury IN WAR?! It also came to a shock that there are only 32 out of the 150 men left! It's so sad...

nice blog kayla. I agree with what you said about himmelstoss WHY WOULD YOU EVEN WANT TO FAKE AN INJURY IN WAR. But shockingly they made it out with only 32 soldiers left. But i dont understand why you think the book is boring. i mean it has its moments but some parts are actually pretty good.
ReplyDeletethanks and i know right! and i think it's because it's not one of the books i usually read, i'm not a bigfan of war.. but yes there are some interesting parts here and there(:
